Host: "So what is Pomodoro?, Pomodoro is my secret weapon against procrastination. It's a time management method that involves working in short intervals, separated by breaks. It helps me to stay focused and avoids burnout. for me I love the timer where I can schedule 25 minutes of focused work, then a 5-minute break. Rinse and repeat.
Before, I'd get overwhelmed, jumping between tasks, never finishing anything. But with Pomodoro, it's like my brain has guardrails. I know I only have to focus for a short burst, then I get a reward. It's made me more productive, less stressed, and my to-do list actually gets done. So, next time you're staring down a mountain of work, give Pomodoro a try. Your brain might just thank you.
